There is no shortage of information on healthy lifestyles, but how accurate is the information we receive and is it supported by evidence? Here I will examine the evidence for recommended lifestyle behaviours and publish a “quick takeaway” and a “full deal” evidence based review.

Why me?

The simple answer is I am interested in healthy lifestyles and I have the time to do the research. I believe I also have some useful skills an experience having a degree in natural sciences, a masters in information science, a PhD with research on healthy lifestyle behaviours, and a career spent collecting information from a wide range of sources and making sense of it all.
